Born in Edinburgh in 1990, Morag Donkin graduated from Edinburgh College of Art with a BA Hons Painting degree in 2013.She was awarded the RSA Keith Prize in 2011 for best work by a student in their annual open exhibition.
In 2012 Morag won the Fleming-Wyfold Award.
Morag has exhibited work at the Scottish National Gallery, the Fleming Collection, Edinburgh Filmhouse, St Margaret’s House and Edinburgh Fine Art Library.
